Great rates in November due to low season!Situated on the beach, and bordering the Pålsjö Forest nature reserve, the guest house offers tranquility with unique and picturesque views.
Located just a mile north of Helsingborg city centre, the guest house has both bed and breakfast and youth hostel services. Large, individually decorated living rooms, with open fire places, as well as terraces overlooking the beach and gardens are available for you to relax in at the end of a long day's sightseeing.
To help you unwind, spa treatments and massages are available in the guest house, as well as vouchers to leading restaurants in the area.

Enjoy your holiday in the best area in Helsingborg in a large house situated on the beach, just north of city centre.Here, you will find large personally decorated lounges with open fireplaces and beautiful terraces facing the sea. Guests from all over the world gather here, including Japan, Australia, South Africa, Brazil and the USA. The Guest-House is open all year.
You can enjoy our breakfast buffet with local specialities in the sun, have a swim in the sea (only 2 miles across the strait to Denmark) with the Hamlet castle of Kronborg facing you. You can have lunch in one of the many restaurants nearby, go for a walk in the nature reserve outside our garden just a mile from the Royal summer castle of Sofiero, and relax with a massage in the afternoon.
No smoking within the garden or indoors.

One room has private bathroom, a normal sized room with balcony and two Dux beds as well as a smaller room with 2 spare beds, for 1 to 4 guests.2 rooms share a toilet and shower, sleeping one to 2 people.

There are 2 mini suites (2 rooms with connecting doors) accommodating a maximum of 6 people.
A fridge and microwave are available in the breakfast room and can be used for lunch/dinner.
B&B rooms: Cleaning is only included at departure day.
Hostel rooms: The hostel guest has to do the cleaning on departure day.
Food and beverages
A large breakfast buffet, with a Scandinavian touch, is served to B&B guests each morning. Hostel guests can order this buffet at an additional cost.The guest house cooperates with several restaurants ranging from excellent beach restaurants (200 yards) at reasonable prices, to Sweden's number 10 ranked gourmet restaurant (one mile).
Area information
Sundets Pärla Guest House is situated on the gold coast of Southern Sweden. Just outside our garden you can bathe in the sea or pony trek, jog or simply sight see along the long separate paths of a large nature reserve.Half a mile walk south along the beach you will find the Marina, passing lots of nice bars and restaurants on your walk, or head north half a mile to the Royal Summer Castle and Gardens.
Ferries to Denmark leaves 3 times an hour and the crossing takes only 20 minutes.
The area is renowned for pottery, crafts and many concerts of various kinds as well as gastronomy. There is deep sea fishing from the quay with waters 40 yards deep. There are 5 golf courses in the city area.

- Take the E4 and exit for Helsingborg, North.
- Follow the road for centrum (centre).
- The road ends in a T-junction with the theatre in front of you. Turn right for Sofiero.
- Continue for Drottninggatan, along the coast. The street bends under a railway bridge, and you will see the Pire, pictured above, at the far end.
- Pass the beach restaurant, Pålsjö Krog, and the bus stop. The guesthouse is 100 yards away (Drottningg 216 A).
Alternatively, take the E4 and exit Helsingborg, South.
- Follow signs for centrum. The road changes it's name to Drottninggatan at the City Hall.
- Continue as above.
From the ferry port:
- Follow signs for centrum and continue onto Drottninggatan.
- Continue as above.
By ferry/train/bus station Knutpunkten
NB! free ride if you show valid train ticket!:
- Cross the street to the bus stop and take the number 219 bus heading north for Domsten.
- After 10 minutes, get off at bus stop "Dag Hammarsköld väg". (The name will appear digitally on the bus. When it does, press the bell to stop.) This is stop no 8 after you entered the bus.
- Walk 100 yards north towards a big blue sign that says Sundets Pärla B&B.
Remarks
Please note that check-in time is between 15:00-18:00. Arrivals later than this need to be arranged with the guest house and will be charged an additional cost of SEK 100.Please inform the guest house at least one day before arrival at what time you would like to arrive. You will find the hotel's telephone number in your booking confirmation.
Please note that smoking is not allowed within the garden.
